Free shipping on every order. No minimum order and no surcharge at checkout, whatever the size of the appliance or where in the United States it is going.
Timings
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery within the United States then takes 4–6 business days. Both run on business days, so an order placed late on a Friday is processed Monday.
Most of this catalogue is major appliances, which ship by freight carrier rather than parcel courier. The carrier calls to arrange a delivery window before they come.
What delivery includes
Delivery is to the address you give us. For freight items that means kerbside or the nearest accessible doorway — the carrier is not obliged to carry an appliance upstairs, unpack it, connect it, or take the old one away. Nothing is installed. See Installation.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed when the order ships. If it has not arrived, check your spam and promotions folders, then email shopvellorasupply@outlook.com with your order number and we will resend it.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph it before you unpack any further — the photograph is what settles a carrier claim — and email it to shopvellorasupply@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace where we can and refund where we cannot. Reporting later leaves us without a claim against the carrier, which is why the window is short.
