Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, no surcharge by size or weight, and no variation by address — that applies to a bath fitting and to a 36-inch French door refrigerator alike.

Orders are processed within one business day; orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day. Delivery within the United States typically takes four to six business days after that. Most of this catalogue ships by freight carrier, who call to arrange a delivery window. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Approval from our support team has to come first — send the request before shipping anything back, or the return cannot be processed. The item needs to be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition, in its original packaging with the manuals, fittings and accessories it came with.

Some things genuinely cannot come back. An appliance that has been installed, plumbed in or hard-wired is non-returnable, as is one that has been run with water, gas or power connected — once it has been commissioned it cannot be restocked as new. The same goes for items showing wear, misuse, unauthorised repair or damage from incorrect installation.

Measure the opening — height, width and depth — then measure the route in, because the doorway is what usually stops the delivery rather than the alcove.

US standard openings are 24 inches for a built-in dishwasher, 30 inches for a slide-in range, and 33 or 36 inches for a French door refrigerator. Every listing states the width in the title. Leave about an inch of clearance for water lines and cabling behind a refrigerator, and check the door can open far enough for the crisper drawers to clear the cabinetry — a fridge that fits the alcove but cannot open its drawers is a common and expensive mistake.

Counter-depth and standard-depth are not interchangeable. Counter-depth sits roughly flush with your cabinets and costs you interior volume; standard-depth gives you the volume and protrudes several inches. The listings say which is which, and there is a counter-depth collection if that is the constraint.

Everything is covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, and that warranty is the manufacturer's to honour rather than ours to duplicate. Vellora Supply does not add a separate store guarantee on top, and we would rather say so than advertise cover we do not underwrite.

Terms vary by maker and by product: major appliances commonly run one year on parts and labour, with longer cover on sealed refrigeration systems or motors. Check the documentation in the box for the specific terms, and keep your order confirmation — it is the proof of purchase date a warranty claim starts from.

Two things void cover almost everywhere and are worth knowing before you buy: using a domestic appliance commercially, and skipping the maintenance the manual specifies. If something fails, contact us with the model and serial number and we will point you at the right service route.
